Shipping & Returns
Holmes Industrial Supplies delivery expectation as follows-
- North Island 1-3 Working day
- South Island 2-5 Working day
- Rural Deliver 3-10 Working day
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using the best possible option for your location, weight of your item and whether you are based rurally but will generally be via courier company.
Generally, products are dispatched the next working day but may take up to 14 days to be delivered. Please contact us if you have not received your product within this time.
We will notify you if your product cannot be dispatched.
Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed within New Zealand.
Should your order incur an additional charge, we will advise you prior to processing your order.
Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Orders will be accepted by Holmes Industrial Supplies, for delivery in New Zealand only. Payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You must pay by Mastercard, Visa or direct to bank. We will not accept cheques or cash on delivery. Holmes Industrial takes no responsibility for pricing mistakes etc.
Products displayed on Holmes Industrial Shopping site can be purchased using the secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility.
You cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
